Hi Sir..i own one of the units at the army barracks row. My s&P was dated 11th May, but still haven't received letter from YTL. Do u happen to have their phone number to that i can call them to ask about it? Hope to know you personally when we move in later!

Yeah... owner are responsible to hold and hold until the price getting higher and higher before final release! Great capitalism world we are in!

most likely you can get LAD from ytl..

i still see quite a few units being touched up by the ytl contractors, most likely to rush for VP.. they work til at night..

All done except for some minor touch up.

some signed SPA in early May, and still have not received VP letter..

I was told some developers following the stamping date not the signing date.

i remembered my Dale LAD was calculated from the SPA date.

I have not received the vp notice from YTL (guess it's pending at post office), but received a SMS from the bank mentioning that my loan is fully drawn down today.

i think the current smaller window panels ytl is using for the top part don't need the louvres.





the bigger top panels and main sliding glass panels have proper louvres..

the commercial area is quite vibrant now until quite difficult to get car park space during lunch time weekdays
