received letter last week via registered mail

appointment to collect keys is coming thursday evening

Mine is coming Monday afternoon

Did you sign your S&P in June?

Looks like vp is according to SPA date.
Such arrangement avoid the crowds when getting the key

Seems like YTL is doing a good job there huh.

got my keys in the evening just now.. kudos to YTL this time around.. the handover was great and very detailed. they even briefed you and walked you through together with inspection of the house.

unexpected surprises:-
1. built in fibre optic internet
2. intercom system to guardhouse
3. solar water heater to baths
4. CCTV to garden, roads and common area
5. beautiful landscaping
6. plaster ceiling to all rooms
7. balau timber strips to all bedrooms and staircase!

very minimal defects, can see that YTL really put in a lot of effort this time around..
