Would like to ask if the fact that there's about 70 odd years on the title be a concern to you?
I'm concern about the ability to sell on in the future and also the bank's openness to cover the full sale price of the house.

I heard the developer was going to do it but not sure whether it has actually been done. What would the catalyst be for them to renew it when they've sold all units in the area more than 10 years ago?
