Are you sure is Genneva Malaysia ? Anonymous me assure, reassure, and triple-reassure for the past few days Genneva Malaysia is not affected by Genneva Singapore.

If you made police report and post here just yesterday, you could have claimed a 1kg 999 gold bar from him....errr...wait....never mind, his offer is not serious anyway so don't be disappointed. He will never honour the promise even if you have posted it yesterday

On a serious note, I think your friend should make a report to police and bank negara. Don't make the same mistake your Singaporean fellow "investors" did. They waited too long to act when Genneva Singapore first defaulted payments

By setting a date for your offer (which is questionable on claimability), you effectively say you are not sure what will happen after the date. You have insider information until you dont dare to offer your 1kg 999 gold ? Very scarry man...

thanx for all the info and its greatly appreciated.... looking back at the info u provided me earlier, i think Genneva Malaysia needs to look into 2 things that could pose to be the real concerns in my opinion (and not all the unsubstantiated allegations, and misunderstood facts that seem to be coming at you from most of them here)...

1. Syariah Compliant :- if Genneva is not Syariah Compliant at the mo, then i think its wrong to go on and advertise that they are ...i think eventually, authorities may clamp down your payouts of hibah on this basis, though legally in other aspects, i dont see how the current laws will apply to Genneva's gold trading.....i hope Genneva Malaysia is working towards this as i understand that one of the requirements that are not being fulfilled by Genneva at the mo is the return of the Gold within the 3 working days under Syariah Law under the principle of LANI...

2. Too long TAT period :- the other thing is, if and when the Gold takes too long to reach the purchaser's hands (either upon purchase or renewal) it is definitely going to be a MAJOR concern for purchasers.....i remember this period being within a week or less in previous years but i believe its taking quite long these days?.....this is also another factor that Genneva should look into seriously to avoid most misconceptions from the public...

Could you pls revert on this Anonymous Me?....if would certainly help discard the rumours...

3. You are right not to comment on any ongoing trial/investigation that may be ongoing against the fraudelent perpetrators in Genneva SG...bottomline, i personally feel that you have provided info and that its up to most of the readers here to digest, believe and act or to not...

I also do not see the purpose of why some of u here have gone one to involve religion and even name specific politicians in this forum....its also quite clear that there seems to be certain of you here who are on a personal crusade to either smear, tarnish or mislead the public with UNSUBSTANTIATED facts & allegations.....your posts and daily actions of sitting in this forum and trying to disrepute almost everything / all the info provided here definitely is suspect...

Unless of course, there is black and white from Genneva stating that they are prepare to offer anyone gold bar should anyone find Genneva is fraud or scam. Or they authorized you to give such offer. If not who are you to offer such?

Guess what from Genneva Company staff said to my friend..when last week go again ask for the gold bar" Bank tidak mau release.. because gold price keep on increase" ... what the hell of this any related to the bank! Genneva Malaysia is private company . Before told my that friend Genneva Malaysia one day just can produce 60-100kg.

Get your friend name or member no. And ask him to find Anoy me at Genneva (should Anoy me wants to release his/her name) to prove that he has not yet get the gold after waiting for some time.

Then your friend will have 5% hibah and free 1kg gold.

U better ask your friend to do it now or never. Offer has expiry date.
