i used to be a spinner kaki....now converted to BC by sifu rory,
lures being grwoing everyday... but catches still zero with lures
minus the spinner bait lar... caught haruan with spinner bait before

yeah brudder rory, that rod is for bottom.. jig also can but need to modify abit such as removing the front roller

at first, i would like to try out popping/jiggin ... but when i saw the price tag for pop/jig rod and reel .. it really turn me off, i dont feel like spending another 1k + for that setup nia..

Some pic is repeated, but a short report from me

Reached there prolly about 4pm(not wearing any watches) did pop and jig till about 8pm - result 0

from 8 till morning the current picks up extremely fast and there is no way my jig could reach the seabed(using 150~200grams) It's just like flying kites~

Morning had some gloomy and cold weather, not forgetting the drizzle that last till about 9~10am...sigh...did trolling and got 2 mack and 1 barra.

heheh sorry bos, the trip already full. max 5 ppl only .. tekong + 2 unker + me and 1 of my buddies. The owner, one of the unker... dosent like so many ppl...

location i' not sure, usually my tekong will bring us to fish, his fav lubuk, kapal karam jepun or some coral area , depart from tanjung agas, destination should take around 2~3 hour for shipwreck site and around 4 hour for lubuk karang .. exact location i duno where ... but i know i can view indonesia "tang tap" at nite from the lubuk karang.

sinker expected no 16~18.. strong current .. GT frenzy according to those old ah pek..hehe..
