I'm from UAE, interested to go for bachelors of accounting, did kinda of research of my own turns out I narrowed it down to MMU(Cyberjaya or Malaaca) and UCSI. since I browsed the websites of the both the universities and every piece of info on the net. mmu leads you directly to MIA with appropriate work experience but its for 4 years and just around 6 to 7 fundamental acca exam exemptions on the other hand UCSI bachelors of accounting is for 3 year i guess without intern and straight 9 fundamental acca paper exemption. so guys here in lowyat since I'm not in Malaysia i really want some heads ups! from u guys. anyway I'm applying for September intake so whats its goin to be MMU Cyberjaya, MMU Malaaca or UCSI.

where can i file a complain against the finance department？
i am under kuok foundation, they are taking more than 14 working days to refund my money. for the 1st batch, i got my money at 5/1/12, they only refund at 21/2/12. this is not an advanced payment for tuition fee, its scholarship, like ptptn. why cant they make it asap.
now the second issue, i am taking for my second year, they did not inform that i need to email them to request for refund, i called just now and they only told me. i tot i can get it by this week. now have wait for another 3 weeks.
how am i gonna pay my august rental. work as parttime just becos finance delay my scholarship？!
anyone can help？i just wanna get my money before august

You may file a ticket under Service Desk. Alternatively, write an email to the Finance Department, manager or higher.

What kind of info that you want? Perhaps you can pose here and anyone who is in the same field may chip in.

My refund took me 1month of waiting.

you take kuok foundation? do they asked you to write a letter to request for refund?

Nope, I just ask refund for renting stuff thingy. No letter or anything, just request then a month later they banked in the money.

its refund other thingy then its okay, but mine is scholarship thingy, its funny to ask student to send letter request for refund. PTPTN will just auto debit to student account ><

Service desk is quite efficient actually. Had some experience before and reported it via sdesk, next day problem solved already.

Just want to ask a question here. I've applied for Mechanical Engineering in June but I got Information Technology instead and my cgpa is 2.67. Am I that bad to enter mech eng? And does earlier application means I have a better chance to get the course I want? I'm kinda applied like during the middle of the June intake which is like in the middle of April. I'm gonna try my luck for the october intake.
