what suggestion specifically are you looking for?

sorry.. i mean is there any recommended rom to install.

Light rom without most of Samsung bloatware: Cassie lc1
Rom close to stock w tweaks : substancer lb1
Rom w plenty of tweaks n customtheme : rocket v22

New users stay away from ics until you are comfortable with flashing

hmm, guys. im using the TB free version.
anyone know why my GNote always reboot by itself whenever i want to do system data backup in batch mode?
even though i select "exclude active apps", in some stage, my phone will resboot
no harm whenever i run a backup for user apps though

Uncle Benny I actually try rocket v23 and it ain't to shabby. Coupled with kernel it runs very smoothly and without the heating issue.

anyway, how many of u all using hotmail with the stock app "mail"..? im able to connect to my hotmail however when i delete any emails fromy note, i notice the email is still kept in the server..then i dig around and found out that there is a setting on incoming mail settings if not mistaken, we can actually choose to delete email from server when we delete email from inbox..however after i set it, it says connection error and i will need to revert back to the old settings in order to use my hotmail on note again...is there any email app that when i delete my email from note, it will delete from server as well? or this feature has been locked by hotmail?

I'm using it as well... the 6.5 version is quite good actually... google ownhere google map, XDA has a thread dedicated to it...

yes it is best to read all the noob guide over at xda~! and make sure whenever you choose a rom, read the flashing instructions. Different roms have differents methods. Happy Learning

how to backup images from my note to pc a?
normally i will just copy the " camera " folder from note to pc.
is there any better or proper way to do? hmmmm

What I know right now with my current Stock ROM LC2, I can only flash with custom Deox ROM to have full rooting first before venturing to other Custom ROMS

No other better way to do than to copy and paste directly. By the way, i resize all the photos taken to 1280x* so as to save more sd space. the original pictures taken by my Note is saved in my computer.

Ok, I already download the rom rocket 22 zip file, and hot fix swype zip file.
Both copy to sd card

Now I select the cwm, the select cwm recovery
It come out windows include rebbot, apply update, wipe data

So I have to wipe data first
Then install zip file from sdcard or apply update from sd card?

If success flash to rocket rom, if I want to apply swype, also select recovery then select apply update from cd card right?

And if later want flash to rocket 23, also select apply update from sd card?

if wanna flash to rocket 23 ..follow the instruction from xda i not really good if update to v23 i still stick with my v22

google sync > piacasaweb album. you don't even know when it does the back up unless you have G+, it will notify you.

Haih... getting errors going back to stock rom gingerbread.. Was in a bootloop then after thats solved.. the android wont start when i touch it Finally now i got it to work.. CWM gone.. Superuser gone.. Now i dont even know if i got root @___@

Why not use google+ auto upload functions (set auto upload when wifi+power on) or other free cloud services.
