Use recovery mode, flash abyss kernel 3.9 and restore back your original rom. And always do a nandroid backup before flashing any new rom. Why need to flash again ?

What you don't understand. Just use recovery mode and backup your present GB rom ( whatever it is ). If you do not like the ICS rom, at recovery flash abyss kernel 3.9 and use it to restore back your GB rom ( whatever that rom is )
There is NO need to go and flash any other rom

u just need to go to cwm reboot to recovery and from there select the backup option and back up ur current rom....the kernel can be download from HERE good luck

Yes but try up to 3.9 . As is proven stable

Go with the latest. There is a slight battery improvement but if you are fully satisfied with the current version, don't change anything.

Problem is user do stuff without proper understanding
They just want to follow instructions
How can one who already root n have cwm installed ask how to backup using cwm n where to find kernel. If the user has never done this I can understand
This show the user does stuff without bother to understand
This is dangerous as phone can brick

Once we follow the instruction , we all must understand remember , dont just simply follow instruction , flash then got problem only complain ......

For example ...i still learning ..... i learn myself to flash rom on first day I got my note .....

then learn and understand ..... like early yesterday I flash to V23 , there is problem ...but i understand what is happening ...i restore back to v22 ..... working perfectly no problem at all

I found out what is my error ...

later yesterday ...i help my friend flash to Rocket rom v23 from stock GB ...... working flawlessly

Now I understand .....

I didnt ask Mr Benny many question ....everyone ask the question I just read ....and understand ....
