I had tried to give my aro eat pellet but still fail for a month any guide from sifu sifu here. I give Kintons pellet medium size.

Update on my humble hb Aro .. kept it since May 2012 with normal sump filtration and normal lighting .. added T5 Gold light 1 year 2 months later lol and LED White 2 months after that .. since then tried some filtration media (K1) and Imperial Earth .. Big changes within that 4 months from normal lighting and normal sump filter to T5 Golden + LED White submersible

actually DE is genetic but certain fish can develop DE due to the diet and the light angle.

this is from a sifu of mine, explaining how to cure DE, hope it can help, a huge step to take but if u want to cure ur fish, i dun mind to try smile.gif

Use Fibre tank. water level just enough cover the fish body and fin with extra 2 inches free water buffer. Use floating food source. Night time use bicycles blinking light and put on top of fibre tank. Control diet and keep for 6 month in the tank

if normal tank just with water level cver fish body and with extra 2 inch with the bicycle blinking light, will it help?

i think shld be able to work, but make sure u cover the sides, so that the fish only look up

i think morning normal light will do, only night time use the bicycle light
