QUOTE(davinz18 @ Jul 24 2013, 03:48 PM) Ali Rustam tipped to be new PNB chief habislah. this is terrible news.FORMER Malacca chief minister Datuk Seri Wira Mohd Ali Rustam has been tipped to succeed Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid as Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) chairman. Ahmad Sarji has helmed the country's largest fund management company since 1996 and it is learnt his contract expires this year. "The government may appoint Mohd Ali as recognition for his services in developing and transforming Malacca over the past 13 years into what it is today," a source said. oh, malaysia govt. |

I know many in this thread alone who would love to be in your shoes and yet still so many bumiputra don't wanna take advantage of this scheme!haiyo |

QUOTE(WebMaster07 @ Jul 25 2013, 06:28 AM) I just created a calculator for ASB and I think it can be used for all that used the same principle. Just want to know, is it correct? ASB is divided into DIVIDEND and BONUShttp://malaysialoansreview.com/asb-calculator Here's the formula I used: Annual Dividend Rate/12 Months X Average monthly balance for the year Say, Dividend rate = 10%, Average monthly balance for the year= RM10,000 So, (10% / 12) X RM10,000 = RM83.33 Take note that the RM83.33 is the monthly dividends. The annual dividend would then be approximately RM999.96. DIVIDEND is calculated monthly, based on your the lowest account balance of the month, BONUS is calculated yearly, based on the lowest account balance of the year, and averaged by 10 years so in addition to the 12 month balances that you need to work out, you also need to track 10 years lowest account balance in my case, i have healthy dividend, but very low bonus since i was stupid enough to spend all of my ASB (left less than rm50 inside) during my younger years in university |

QUOTE(cybermaster98 @ Jul 25 2013, 11:02 AM) What unfairness? Yes Bumi's may have the advantage in ASB and in some other areas but non Bumi's also have the option of being a smarter investor and making much more money than many of the Bumi's themselves. ASB is not the only investment avenue u know. do tell me more. i'm intrigued. i'm learning.Btw, how do you know im a Bumi? |

QUOTE(Ancient-XinG- @ Jul 25 2013, 10:55 AM) And for those up there. Please do not reveal how much you have cash in hand as a bumiputera. I have to admit I am totally can't tolerate with that unfairness. This is me. But i am welcome those who said still got slot for bumi, and that's my max limit already. I really can't stand on those who say they having half a mill cash in hand using ASB. Please, if want to say, try be be fair and square. Try stand on my site. Feel the pain as non bumi. ASB and ASD already give y'all, and yet PNB still give slot in other. See how good you're. I am not jealous but just envy. nah, don't be offended or what. let others reveal. instead of being jealous or what, use that to be your determination to excel moreSorry if I offended any, because I understand this is a free forum. as for the allocations for non-bumi in ASW2020, ASM, ASD and such, you need to be clever. remember, there will always be people who need money and sell their saham. you just need to know when is the "selling season" (usually mid of the month or near CNY, near school opening) and u can try your luck if you go ask over bank counters, they will outright tell you no more allocations because they are either lazy, or they are keeping the allocations for themselves / their friends so be a bit more clever than them. use post office to check. be friend with the bank tellers / managers and ask them to let you know when there's a frees quota available in short, being offended and being jealous doesn't bring you any benefit at all. that applies to any real life situation btw, are you a girl that you get easily offended and jelly all the time? |
