Extract from ASNB latest master prospectus for ASW2020:-
Approved fund size : 16.615 bil units
In circulation : 15.85 bil unit
Assume they declare 6.80% dividend, a total of 1.07 bil units must be issue
Add to existing in circulation = 16.9278 bil units, alredy exceeds approved fund size
Did ASNB announce d increase in approved fund size for ASW2020?
Otherwise they need to declare 4.82% dividend in order not to xceed approved fund size

Predict ASNB will issue a Supplementary Prospectus (SP) by dis month
The SP will be posted in their website
In d SP, one of the agenda should be d increase in approved fund size for ASW2020 from 16.615 bil units to xx.xxx bil units
The rationale for d increase is to cater for d eventual units in circulation (after Div on 1/9/2013) as d current approved fund size is not enuf if ASNB declare Dividend of 6.60% (assume same as Yr 2012)
You worried too much. Just chill. If not reinvestment as new units, cheque would be given to unit-holders (chance are VERY LOW for this method)
