Bought one under this IOI home package, just got my key last week

Placed booking for Type E unit today.. after eyeing this prop for almost a year and keep revisiting back.. IOI home package quite attractive.

Any current owner staying here? Can ask if the roof spotlight issit annoying or shining brightly when see from balcony? I book one of the higher floor units 27th.. Is the roof spotlight very bright when seen from balcony at night? Cos from ground level it's quite bright spotlight...

Is there a lot more units left for Tower B especially 1410 sqft if you know? I'm interested to get one too. What's the current package?

can chk with current residence there especially those facing the facility view (bukit wawasan view), is there early morning mosque prayer sound? cos i saw a couple surau nearby (about 1km away), want to know how loud the morning prayers is if they broadcast it out.. currently staying very near a surau and recently the prayer volume increased like double... @.@ phobia already.

If u sleep open window then can hear quite clear...

The noise from the vroom vroom motorbike from ldp...is worst..

If u close window..noise disturbance is greatly reduce.

Interested in getting TYPE D (1658), but the dining area faces the door almost directly and I wonder what design could make it less obvious.

I mean after we bought the property, we did site inspection and noticed an Amulet sticked on one of the door. The unit is an RTO unit. Distressed as in, not entirely happy about it.
