i'm considering getting a unit here for own stay... so far the type that meet my criteria of lower noise (non facing traffic) & non evening sun is Block D type E units...

Any residents currently staying there in this forum? i see the take up rate quite slow... price issue?

Quite like the high up in sky environment + the spacious layout... wanted 1.6k sqft unit but too bad is either facing evening sun or facing highway & LRT traffic... sound is so annoying...

Gonna be pulling the trigger to purchase the unit. Before that anyone familiar with the current ioi home package where there's good rebate but something about cannot sell house below value for 10 years... Agent mentioned something about this but not very clear...

Placed booking for Type E unit today.. after eyeing this prop for almost a year and keep revisiting back.. IOI home package quite attractive.

Any current owner staying here? Can ask if the roof spotlight issit annoying or shining brightly when see from balcony? I book one of the higher floor units 27th.. Is the roof spotlight very bright when seen from balcony at night? Cos from ground level it's quite bright spotlight...

can chk with current residence there especially those facing the facility view (bukit wawasan view), is there early morning mosque prayer sound? cos i saw a couple surau nearby (about 1km away), want to know how loud the morning prayers is if they broadcast it out.. currently staying very near a surau and recently the prayer volume increased like double... @.@ phobia already.

Any block D residence here? S&p & loan signed... Waiting for transaction to be processed. Hope to be able to connect and get to know residence there.
