Hi, I am new to this forum. I went to see this condo last month and somehow attracted to Tower B (only choice) for type D1 1410 sq ft. This would be my 3rd property if i were to proceed. So i need 70% loan (fill loan based on SPA Price, but seems Affin Bank only bank can get high valuation close to SPA price.

Anyone staying or owning IOI sky condo now? Want to ask if there is water pressure problem. I tested toilet shower and basin, two toilet together. The water flow is very weak and one toilet completely no water coming out when open twi toilets together.

Water pressure is quite good for me even with both showers on. Tower A, mid level.

Don’t worry, you can still see the kl view from Ground Floor car park

had you compare affin bank with other banks? if you really concern for the LTV, or want to get higher loan or cash out for renovation. I might can help you, because we'd being helped out many investors or property agent get the loan approve from banks. If whom wanna loan money from bank and worry for the high Debt Service Ratio. you can pm me, ill try my best to assist you. thanks
