Things have to change following the development.

There was no flyover in front of Giant Bandar Puteri 5 years ago. Because of traffic getting more heavy, IOI built the flyover. It was fantastic that time.
For now, the flyover is full with cars early in the morning, afternoon and evening.
If there is no extra access road for Vivo City, it will be a car park at the flyover.

Not just Saturday. Last Sunday at about 11 am I was stuck at Lebuh Puteri/flyover, trying to get out of Bandar Puteri. 11 am on Sunday is really a very strange hour to be stuck in traffic jam. As soon as I reached LDP, everything was smooth sailing. So nothing to do with LDP. It's purely a bandar puteri problem, the traffic lights at the flyover areas MUST BE ALL BE REMOVED.

Can go back way to Bandar puchong then go to LDP and make a U-turn ..
it's not direct, but can avoid jam ..
bandar puteri is a big area with lots of development. just got to be patient till lrt comes in.

How to remove flyover since there's 2 directions going in and out fm the place. Unless if IOI build another dedicated flyover for different traffic.

I mentioned in one of my earlier post. The traffic lights at the flyover can be removed, if one blocks the traffic access from the South entering Bandar Puteri and add pedestrian bridge.

Traffic from the south can enter bandar puteri by using either perdana puchong interchange or further up the U-turn at Tesco.

True to a large extent. But today they are jammed anyway, and worse they are creating DEAD LOCKS to the traffic. Always the traffic from north of LDP trying to enter bandar puteri, they are blocked from entering because of traffic from the south blocking them.

Also the pedestrian traffic lights MUST BE REMOVED too. A cheap pedestrian bridge will fix that.

what i see is, IOI has been keep buidling shop lots, switch to vivo city
knowing that, their intelli city office tower has failed

i can see that they are building more, there is little or no additional infra to alleviate the worsen traffic condition

i dun think this developer is proactive enough.....

but, still pple are still buying blindly

I believe Vivo City will also have office and retail towers and residential apartments. It's just a change of name from Intellicity to Vivo City. The location is deeper inside from LDP, there's not much improvement that can be made to the access apart from the access from LDP to the whole of Bandar Puteri.

No more place to build another access road.
Bandar Puteri Puchong will be a car park soon in future.

The actually don't plan to launch last year, their SA also don't know about the price for skypod, you can see the model of skypod in their office. The indication "for now" is about RM400-RM450 psf.

As you can see, the site is already under construction, and they will start selling when the construction is about 50-60% completed.  By then, they should know how much. Who knows it will be above what's the indication, or same.

IOI property, if you been dealing with them, you know their situation in market is a bit like "Sat Bao Mai Pao" in cantonese. U want you come. U don't know I don't Hew you. All the land belongs to them, they can take their sweet time to sell.
*
No way the selling price from 400-450/ft2.
We should thank ioi if not exceed 600/ft2! rclxub.gif

My humble advice to IOI is for them to spend their resources improving traffic system around Bdr Puteri especially access to/from LDP before embarking on any additional mega project. Just look at the mess in front of Bank of China and the lukewarm response to their existing PFCC and The Cube projects.. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
