Hmmm it's true aarh, just checked iprop/propwall and so on, looks like those apartments are quite cheap in today's view. Then I say these new launches will help to inflate the prices of these existing properties. Is this an opportunity ? Kekeke ....

why?
current ingress and egress is designed for the fully developed master plan.
unless ioi has changed the plot ratio, the traffic should be no issue.

It will be even more jam after vivo city complete.

That y gobin sing said must build the access road, else they wont approve this project.

Now the subsales walk up apartment around 200-300k,well keep and quiet. Rental can fetch 900-1100.

you can't design for free flow traffic at peak hour but to certain level of service. if not, it will become like putrajaya in the early days. no car on the road and people will say ghost city.

But the stretch of road at the entry and exit point is indeed got serious problem. Too many traffic heading different places criss crossing each other.

No, not about the management. I have never been inside but from the outside, the SPS ones look better maintained. At least the paint looks newer and the colour is warmer.

I thought hilton already in Millenium city further in ? Anyway, nowaday, those big name with 3 star means lower end hotel, like iblis hotel

The millennia city Hilton is not the full flash Hilton Hotel. Is it the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. Should be like ibis hotel by accor hotel

To my opinion not good. Crowd will be challenging as I felt nowadays many family shun away from this fast food eatery.
