just get creatine monohydrate, looks like white powder, any brand will do. cheapest and most cost-effective I can think of (since you're a teenager) would be EGOnutrition's creatine powder.
http://egonutritions.com/shopping/index.ph...products_id=350 RM54 for 100 servings is worth it IMO. just combine creatine with your protein shake post-workout. and eat more. |

QUOTE(fiona003 @ Mar 2 2012, 08:42 PM) ohh. thanks for your opinion I don't know, I thought most people take post-workout? I think it works both way also. or easiest is to take first thing in the morning. I don't really notice any difference as long as you take 5g per day. or you wanna split 2.5g pre-workout 2.5g post-workout lmao up to you |

It doesn't matter when you take it. Just take 5g everyday.

EGO nutrition is not recommended. In actual fact, we do not noe the side-effect of creatine. Therefore to be on the safe side, do buy creatine with the CREAPURE label or AJIPURE only.http://egonutritions.com/shopping/index.ph...products_id=350 RM54 for 100 servings is worth it IMO. just combine creatine with your protein shake post-workout. and eat more. no offence intended. just my 2cent. |

Nonsense. I've been using EGO's creatine for 2 years running. Absolutely no side effects. Unless you want to consider strength and size as a side effect.

I think JAW-151 was referring to the difference between lower quality Chinese creatine to well-known ones such as Creapure. From bb.com:
Just as there is a difference between $100 champagne and $15 dollar champagne, there's a difference between high-quality creatine and inferior-grade creatine. Traditionally, Chinese creatine is a lower quality product, with more contaminants such as creatinine, sodium, dicyandiamide, and dihydrotriazine. German creatine, from companies such as SKW (Creapureâ„¢), are cleaner, purer products. |

All i can say is, stay the f*** away from EAS Phospagen. Your best bet is normal creatine monohydrate. All the Kre Alkalyn crap and liquid creatine is not worth the money and research has shown that they're not more effective than creatine monohydrate.

Creatine monohydrate has always been the king.
With that being said, I get my 5g from my pre-workout supp now, so it's one less thing to worry about haha. |

As long as your system is saturated with it, it matters not.
