Have you check whether the transaction captured on Sunday or Monday as bro zenquix mentioned that the transaction captured maybe a Sunday.

I'm in dilemma.

I'll held a wedding ceremony in a resort, they accept only Visa/MC.

Since my CL is 6K (Gold Card) should I pay by cash or using Visa?

The payment need to be settle is 9k. They have handling fee also, roughly how much is it ?

I afraid they dont know what is the handling fee if I ask the front desk also.

Ask Maybank to temporary increase your CL... or submit income documents for permanent CL increase.
Handling Fee ??? This must be to cover merchant fee.

ronnie is right, call MBB to ask for temp CL increase. If CL not enough, balance use cash.

Yup handling fee is 3.5%,ic..nvr heard can temp CL though.

Googled it and i found out we need to fill some form to temp increase CL.

9K TP is too much to be wasted

Dont be too tempted by the Treatpoints.

3.5% of 9k = RM315 of handling fee.

9000 TP = RM45 only.

By the way, you can request for temp CL increase by calling CS too, but in your case, 3.5% fee is too much.

Just want to find out, does maybank send hardcopy statements to my home monthly for my bill or only accessible via online?

agree, if got handling fee 3.5%, pay cash makes more sense.

i call maybank CS last two days to increase my limit and she give me two option,
1. permanent increase CL by submitting form and lates income documents to any maybank
2. temp increase CL - but this one only applicable for emergency usage such as health concern not for any normal usage

about permanent increase CL i do email one of maybank CS before and she said it can be done via phone only, when I call others said need to submit form and new documentation -.-" need to find time to go to maybank to do all those things >.<

Why go to bank? My last CL increase request is done through email.
Scan them my payslip and i don't even fill in the CL increase form.
