Actually she handled my loan okie... 4days approval + professional explanation from her. Quite satisfied her service so far. I rated 4/5 star for her.

if didnt sign S&P within 14 days then the RM5k will be forfeited.. and no DIBS, no air con..

just call them and tell your loan not yet approve and ask for extension

It can extend for another 7 days but you will need to notify them.
