booked block A ,364k facing equine park...facing swimming pool additional 10k...block A price hike up extra 30k ++ than block B.....8/9th floor above for 881sqt aly starting at around 390k.. I am the last customer there...thanks to the SA there who allow me to go in last minutes and I manage to get my first home for facing pool unit in block A, left top floor ..if not remember 8th floor above..bottom left 2 units at 3rd floor.. most of the facing pool unit has been sold off..facing equine park still got around 40% left... important note: showroom open at 10am sharp but be there as early as possible..recommended by SA is b4 9.30am ...
