I think the price will trading around 450~500 psf for apartment and 600~650 for studio after the VP, this my optimistic view.

the MRT line 2 definitely value added Zeva and surrounding area, but more wondering if the Mex interchange could completed around the same time, the highway factor more crucial for this area.

How convenient with mex highway toward kl city center? I had drove from jln Tun Razak to reach Equine Park (under construction interchange) exit just took about 10 mins with speed of 90km/h
