I think that price is bumi price, have to add the discounted amount in. Was told by SA that it is start from 360 psf.

Hi newbie here! i saw Zeva adv in Sin Chew, wonder is it good for investment?? hmm.gif

yes, it caters for youngsters but some rich aunty sapu 10 units one short, the opportunity for the youngsters will go less. when the youngsters consider and consider but in the end youngsters have to buy higher cost for subsale properties.

How same it is? Coz ppl still thinking leasehold difficult to sell unless for own stay lo.
I saw the location map in the adv got two proposed link to highway, but according one of my Fren told that the highway is being proposed for quite some time but yet to approved til now.. If it confirm link then can consider ady hahaha..otherwise it really feel "far" as many ppl think..

Guys please think twice before getting Trinity properties, here is their latest failure on The Zest condo.....It became students hostel....check on the FB page for more details here FYI due to this the Zest value is dropping

Certain ppl say not far. It depends where you go.kajang, sungai buluh, selayang also far. Many highways are also under planning not this one only. And some places you need to take 1 to 2 hours to arrive at your home yet it is so close like those black spot of traffic jam.

sales office next to site. opposite equine park jusco. (soft?) launching i heard early june.
