i booked a unit in block A - 10th floor last week. At the moment got reject from HLB coz i changed new job. Although its permanent position they still rejected it but i could only provide 2 months payslip. Still waiting for approval from other banks. Any1 got approval from Al rajhi?

I was told my my agent that many cases pending in Alrajhi due to alot of refinance cases.

Mine extended to 10th July but verbally on the phone from my SA only. Haven't receive anything in black n white.

Still pending for loan approval from the banks. i applied Allianz , RHB, OCBC, AL rajhi, AM Bank.

HLB - rejected my loan.

do they allow to extend?

Same.. they told me only can get back to me by monday. I need 2 sign my snp on tuesday

i got a call from my agent just now saying OCBC approved my loan 90% at BLR -2.4. All other banks rejected my loan so im taking it.

OCBC approve 90% for 40 yrs. But the car park only approve for 10 yrs.

I was told the car park cant include in my loan. So it will be a different loan all 2gether. Max 10 yrs on BLR -2.4 as well. P/S i have 2 take either MRTA or MLTA from OCBC


Any1 facing the similar issue like me?

Mine is block A. But i was told that d quota almost full earlier 2day
