It was officially launched today.
Three towers, A B & C.
Tower A was launched with 60% booked, but B & C towers were stated for future launches although some buyers already placed their booking.
ML mentioned they will build a back access road for residents on top of the mooson drain towards Jalan Kemajuan
ML also giving the option to buyers to purchase parking lot at RM18k per lot
ML is providing additional 2% rebate on top of the pre launch discount of 20%
Loan amount can only reach 70% from most banks

I have placed my booking, but still feeling not positive about it after reading all the previous buyers nightmares on the LAD, defects and customer service.

At the same time, Sime also promoting its Aurora service apartment. Maybe I should consider that place, but no more greeneries, just noisy roads.

Hope to get some good inputs from the experts here. Thanks

Any previous Buyers received Dorsett developer Writ Summons? ask us to re enter another S&P with smaller size unit ..etc and those refuse receive this summons. Don't understand why this developer is doing this with the purchaser.

Summon? From Court?

If developer asked to enter another s&p implied they couldn't fulfill the first contract; Opportunity for buyers to sue or demand for compensation.
