You can search it in FB and request to join, under Dorsett Place Waterfront Buyer. It is small but can start somewhere. If have more firneds, place ask them to join. Numbers is the strength
I'm planning to send a letter to the developer first to request for information. In a way to build up a case that there are no reply from them as my SAP is signed on August 2012.
Actually in order to get the LAD, the calculation will only be effective if the vacant possession is handover. So thats the loop hole here.
The LAD for my unit is about RM160 per day, so I plan to wait for it to build up atleast until the amount of my lawyer fees before i submit the claim to Tribunal of Home Buyer's claim in which the maximum claim is up to RM50k
