You can search it in FB and request to join, under Dorsett Place Waterfront Buyer. It is small but can start somewhere. If have more firneds, place ask them to join. Numbers is the strength

I'm planning to send a letter to the developer first to request for information. In a way to build up a case that there are no reply from them as my SAP is signed on August 2012.

Actually in order to get the LAD, the calculation will only be effective if the vacant possession is handover. So thats the loop hole here.

The LAD for my unit is about RM160 per day, so I plan to wait for it to build up atleast until the amount of my lawyer fees before i submit the claim to Tribunal of Home Buyer's claim in which the maximum claim is up to RM50k

So some buyers already got their deposit refunded... Some are holding for it.. It's been 4years+ and these buyers should get their property if they still hanging to their SPA..

So how would developer and buyers dealing with each other?

We having some discussion in the FB. I manage to contact the lawyer that represent MPSJ. going to drop her an email and see if i can get an appointment.

Hi. I am a also a victim of this property. Had been traveling a lot past couple of years. I just received a letter from Mayland if I would like to cancel the property and be refunded what payment I have made to them. Did not mention anything about legal fees which I also made a few years back.

Please advice the status of this development and how should I go from here.

Is there any development on the Dorsett Waterfront project front? I too am a victim who paid the booking and SPA fee in May 2012. If anyone has the latest status on the issue, kindly advise.
