Even the 10 percent is not released yet. Bank loan approved but no drawdown yet. Yes, loan agreement legal fees only. SPA legal fees settled by developer.

or may be we wait until the delivery vacant possession then we all buyers group up together and find a way to solve the problem with developer MAYLAND... |

but as I know the construction period is 4 years... & the s&p is signed on july 2012... but when I checked with s&p lawyer last year, they never receive any order from Mayland say that this project been terminate.
