Mayland, Plaza Damas, I think Block K, beside 7 eleven. Was told show house ready this friday near Grand Dorsett hotel, but need to confirm with SA.

Need Sifu opinion. Is it worth to buy the parking lot since its not that cheap or it become worth since parking space will become an issue later on.

Who is bearing the cost of shuttle bus services? It is going to cost a bomb..... is it the hotel or is it from the mainantence fee of the unit?

Every buyer I think expect the delay .... history will be repeated. However, it will be a first for Mayland if it managed to complete on time. But, It doesn't look that is going to happen in this project..

Their record for paying LAD is not good as well. However for Regalia, not mistaken the buyer is offered carpark as compensation..

I think it is more than 20k. Dorsett place in subang, they already charge 28k.

imo mayland never fail in delivering the product.
there is late delivery and workmanship issue though.

im not bragging bout mayland.
but which of their past project is not giving 2x return?

Even the worst of their product of Sri Putramas 1, low floor (5th Floor not mistaken) recently transacted RM360 semi furnished.
Agent told me, they hardly got any stock left. However, that is after the condo had been repainted. I think their new
lift, although small but quite nice though.
