yup. i got a few units..only because i managed to get in early enough. in my opinion, only 5% of this project is good while the rest is going to be really tough. so, if you can't get the best 5% of the units, its really not worth it at all. the preview launch is this friday. quite pointless as by this friday, all the good units are gone.

sinleong, can you get 90% loan for all your units? This is a dibs project, if cant get 90% loan not really worth it.

heard new car park at SJMC faced foundation issue and can;t take extra load due to underground water problem. Till today, the upper floors car park left uncompleted.

Any investor has to verify with ML to avoid the risk of project delay or abandonment.....m2c
