have always been a big fan of studios.......but a 300k studio with no carpark.......and not in city center ....... makes u wonder if this even makes sense.......

eh, no more selling car park, i just checked with the developer. Is it insufficient of car park bays???

So good response for car park?

Basically from 1700+ allocated car park, they're only able to sell about 500 car parks now. I believe all of them are sold out already in the 1st phase. New phase just launched and I think they got no car park for that.

shuttle bus ---How many time shuttle bus come daily / hourly ??? How many shuttle bus provided??? and when is Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station provide in the future ?

Who is bearing the cost of shuttle bus services? It is going to cost a bomb..... is it the hotel or is it from the mainantence fee of the unit?

Complimentary....is free of shuttle bus service....

How come the car parks is a lot lesser than the units of studio and apartments?

Hmm .... shuttle bus? Unless SS12 build a middle class university, else, where got so much rich students, where willing to rent this place at higher premium and no car park and take shuttle bus .... only foreigner students will do so like currently ... however, Taylor's students at SS15 campus isn't a lot compare to previous 10 years and 5 years ago.

Twin Bro, no la. The pricing shocked me off. Location so-so only. Accessibility so-so only. This is quite high dense.

For rental to this group of students, I much prefer 3+1 apartment/condo. Much easier to get tenant.

Among Subang, the locality here prefer to stay at SS17 and SS18. For bungalow, SS19.

For students, they prefer to rent at SS15 and cheaper, SS14. While if smaller group of students or foreigners would opt for mini Korea condo, Subang Avenue or next to it, Arabic Condo, E-Tiara and Casa Tiara.

Richers students or local, they drive from their own houses.

yup.. price shock me also... psft almost like TMS I-con city..
i m not so familiar with subang, but know etiara, casa tiara, subang avenue adi catering student.. rental per headcount wise still not so scary bcos owner bought it at lower entry price few years back..

ini >1.5k permonth n i bet studio usually 1 person per unit... one of the interior design dxmn 7 old fashion..

anyone bought ini tempat can share your opinion.. ?? seems like no daikor masuk ni Dorsett? tot i saw airline ada beli?

IMHO,this is a really bad idea. With one access road,gila density,less car park n sky high price! Somemore pls check out Mayland quality record.

got $$ is one thing, but attracting them especially the rich ones to come over and stay in this part of subang mayb abit challenging..

a friend visited Cova in Kota damansara and saw 9 students from Segi stay in 1 unit.. guess there is always a mixture of students with different level of affordability..

I guess there are rich student but all the launch products is like assuming majority students are rich?

I am staying in Subang for more than 10 years and was ex Taylors student as well. All rich rich one, only drive from their bungalow or villa.

Only can gamble those local but parents strict at home, so use excuse to come out rent a room just to go out chill every night or kao Lui.

ic.. got point.. i guess u r one of those got driver send u home one la

True...............studio's can yield tremendous returns when :


1. There's a shortage of decent, low budget accomodations in that area.

2. Huge "alien" population

3. These "aliens" must have significant direct/indirect purchasing power

4. Significantly undervalued VS similar offerings..........


This Dorsett..............fullfills 2 out of 4 of the above conditions............my 2 sens...............

a bit hard to make it.........500++psf in Seri Kembangan................if die2 have to buy either FLEXIS OR Dorsett...........I'd go for Dorsett provided I can get it below 300k............
