Since you don't earn any income, you won't get the CC even you have a loan with them.
Which bank "so stupid" didn't check basic income before pre-approval ?
*
People have housing loan so the bank give them a credit card lah..
Btw how the bank approved they loan, if they don't have any income..
maybe got FD with bank... blink.gif

Any EON/HLB card users here?

Last time round, EON gives Cash Back of RM50 to offset GST if u swiped the card for at least 24 times a year (IF my memory doesn't fail me). Is this still applicable? My card anniversary is in May, that was in the early stages of EON-HLB integration. I got that RM50 Cash Back.

Just wondering whether those with card anniversary later than mine still getting that RM50 Cash Back.
*
The $50 Cash Back was for NEW Approved Credit Card (1st year) only... smile.gif
In 2nd Year, we just got Annual cash back base on your yearly expenses.
myself only got $5-$6 Cash Back, because just use the card for MOVIE only sweat.gif

Nonono

I'm holding EON-GSC card, had it for a few years already. It's a CB specifically to offset GST, i.e. either RM50 or nothing at all, credited to you on exactly the same billing month as the GST.
*
Not sure about that..
Last time was EON Bank, Now Hong Leong Bank
maybe diffferent bank difference(style) policy...??? blink.gif

do you mean there is no more cash back for petrol?
*
The Travel Money was a Cash Back & Air Miles - (Reward Point valid for 2 years) Credit Card
2% cash back on Petrol...& Max. Cash Back is calculated at 20% of total Monthly Retail Spending, which is capped at $60 per month
What I mean the $50 Cash Back GST with their 1st Time Spend Promotion ( for NEW Approved Card 1st Year Only)
The $50(GST) will Credit Back to your account within 3 months... brows.gif
But if Cancel the card within 1 YEAR the bank will charged back the $50 (GST) rolleyes.gif

i only have 2, i am planning to get more smile.gif

honestly, i don't use so many credit cards last time, i tot it's bad to use credit card, but now the rewards points really nice smile.gif and it's not safe to bring so much cash lo smile.gif

can i ask another question?

say i have 5 credit cards (assume i have) and all limits are rm20,000. If i swipe and use all of them each monthly with full capacity (assume i am big spender), but pay within the due date, every month like that ... will that become an issue? or it is good to spend more if i can pay back on time? will banks increase my credit limit or improve my credit worthiness?

any help again? thanks smile.gif
*
Better pay in full every month, No Interest No Worry!

I'm using HSBC Amanah Platinum was Annual Fee Waiver & Subject to min 12 swipes per year please check on : wink.gif

Cash Back Credit back to your credit card account... brows.gif
btw, you request about credit limit of maybank card...
Usually the bank will revised Customer's CL every 2 years but different bank different (style) procedue lah...
Unless, you got Big Increasement Salary (about $200-$500 per month)... then u can ask the bank increase your credit card CL with submit your latest Income Document to bank wink.gif

Are you absolutely sure beyond doubt with your statement/posting here ?

I know what I'm saying...
I'm saying that because Mostly Overseas's Spend get more reward point than Local's Use..
I also knew that both local and Overseas spends can get same amount of 5x reward points
