QUOTE(awol @ Feb 24 2012, 04:53 PM) definitely not accurate to gauge the true charging time especially if you have never fully charged your Note before.what i mean is without proper calibration - the 26% and 90% might not be the correct indicator of the real battery life. |

Lithium-ion battery MUST always keep charged, the capacity of the battery will be reduced if it been depleted too much... just bought galaxy note for a week, thats why i come here (lowyat forum) to read more about this device. |

QUOTE(sklchan @ Feb 24 2012, 05:29 PM) no... it seems like the mA indicated r just kinda estimation only, i noticed that the mA do really change but i wonder how fast the mA gets updated from this application especially in the widget, kinda slow to get the mA reading though.do note that this battery monitor widget will be closed if using "clear memory" button from the task manager>RAM, the widget will freeze, wont get updated until u open it and close it manually using back button (not from "clear memory" button in task manager) |

Hello, I have done flashing my note to the latest MIDNOTE 2.0 (ICS LP1 and ITALIAN)
Havent tried anything yet but looks good. Got question here, after flashing the rom through Abyss 3.9 kernel do i need to flash back the CF-5.2 kernel? or its optional? if its a must, where should i flash it? through CWM? |

To elfen_lie who asked about syncing Lotus Notes...
Lotus Note does not integrate well with much of anything outside Domino. I think you need to install Notes Traveller. |

QUOTE(awol @ Feb 24 2012, 05:31 PM) i thought that galaxy note battery is among the best, so it should be ok if i charge it like once in 2 days? or is it not possible at all? from my experience the Note are very long lasting if u just use it as normal phone (where just receive/call/sms not that frequent)... the average current consumption ~75mAH is with all your BT/GPS/Wifi/3G set to ON/Standby mode, so you will see if your phone idling in Standby you will lose ~3% per hour of the battery juice, and it can last you >30 hours of ACTIVE standby mode, this standby time is FAR MORE longer compare with ALL smartphone out there... but when it come into active using the Note, then you will find it deplete the battery very fast, from my experience the Note when using 3G surfing/browsing only will last you 4 hours MAX which mean 3G surfing/browsing use ~700mAH, and if u really wanna extent the battery life during 3G surfing I would suggest turn down the brightness and better if you change to use DARK THEME where the default browser b/g using BLACK instead of white... this is because the AMOLED use LOTS of energy to display white color... |

QUOTE(awol @ Feb 24 2012, 05:31 PM) i thought that galaxy note battery is among the best, so it should be ok if i charge it like once in 2 days? or is it not possible at all? in my opinion, it depends on ur usage, true that the g-note batt is the best in terms of capacity;2500mAh. but it is to power the ARM v7 cpu and the huge screen of g-note...for me, i prefer to charge the phone when its under 30-20%, when the battery indicator gets yellow, just like the reply before me, li-ion is not so sensitive compared to li-po, main substance here is lithium, must have at least about 3.2v stored inside for each cell, then its still can be considered as good condition, lower than this value would be in danger where the battery arent able to be charged/damaged this is just a theory of me researching about li-po for rc car in the past, sry for the off topics and any misleading information i've stated |
