Glc, salaried earners.....not many qualify.

Ytd i had been there... there is 2 units left due to loan rejected else it is already sold out..

SEG is is cbj, fh by sp setia. located jsut beside cbj lake garden. rfx nusaputra is located at the border of cbj.

Salary min RM15k to 20k pm depending on personal commitment.

Reflexion To me is like laman granview at saujana puchong. The surrounding areas created huge contrast.
I still remembered the original show unit located at old office has sink after 2 years and sale person told it is normal due to no proper pillar build for temporarily show unit. Precinct 1, 2 and surrounding area like AMAnputra have similar sink problem.
Why risk to sleep with this beautiful lady that cost million ringgit?

If go thru reflexion from puchong, have to go thru those talam eye sore projects

Obviously The Reed @ Lake Fields is worth buying than Reflextion & D'Island

I also need to admit that they really have a successful marketing team to develop such nice project in this area. Dev also help build a road connect to elite or Mex that provide convenient to surrounding resident.
For sure many young affordable couples will like reflexion. Seem to me still a good buy as I sure will appreciate in next few years as other dev surrounding also boost the price for new launch.

Reed and Reflexion has many similarities, both leasehold, g&g and has similar build up. They are the closest if you want to compare apple to apple.

how about Lake edge puchong? same criteria too?

Lake Edge is higher end than Lake Field as Lake Edge is meant to be a full g&g enclave, with full clubhouse facilities.

What if, after building the first phase, the developer delay the launch of future phase due to slow down? Would the monthly collection of RM180 a month be enough to sustain the security and gardens?

28 units x 180 = Rm 5040 collections a month. Enough?

From what I saw,at least 8 blocks maybe about 100 units being built,and d work is quite advanced.

All 100 units with pools or only 28 units with pools? I saw the ad says 28 villas with 28 pools.....so maybe the others are normal type.

THe SA said most likely all will be with pools. Just that they launched phase by phase. Mayb with different design=)
