The built up is larger than semi-d and can park 4 cars! How much is the sales price for RM 5k instalment a month?

I am sure maintenance wont be expensive since you would be hiding in your on roof top most of the time, and wont need a clubhouse.

The pool is located outside the children room, on top of the living room. The whole project is made with sand bricks. Buyers, beware!

Added on February 25, 2012, 4:17 pmThe inside built up is huge, but does not look it is 4250 sq ft.

It would be better if they did the swimming pool on top of car porch instead of on top of living room.

Trend is one thing, practicality is another. If Nusaputra houses can sink, what makes you think Reflexions wont?

Didnt bother to ask after seeing the real thing. If die die want to invest there, just buy a semid at Nusaputra - half the price, and build your own pool.

They can charge Rm1.29mil but wont even give you a decent ensuite bathroom. You will laugh at the master ensuite bathroom....look just like any ordinary bathroom, small and cramp. No feel of luxury at all.

Kitchen is also small as they want to make the living room as huge as possible.

There is no guest room on ground floor, master bedroom is on first floor and the 2 smaller rooms on 2nd floor, overlooking the swimming pool.

This house is only meant for those without kids or old folks. If you have children, can you sleep with peace of mind knowing they are steps away from a 4 ft deep pool? If you have old ppl, where can they sleep? Maid's room or on top floor? Give the old folks the master bedroom on first floor? You and hubby cramp in one room...where the rest of your kids cramp in the other?

4250 sq ft...I dont know how they come out with it....unless they include the airspace in the double ceiling area, and the roof covering the car porch.

The design may be nice like Singapore or whatever country you can think of....but practicality is out.

Added on February 26, 2012, 8:47 amThe road is great if you work in Cyberjaya....but with that price, I really expected more.

Added on February 26, 2012, 8:55 amD Island designs are much nicer....I must say.

If die die want to stay near cyberjaya, why not buy Mah Sing semid Clover at about Rm1.5mil? Freehold, real semid, you have clubhouse, no worries about leaking swimming pool and they use better bricks. I think the 4250 sq ft reflexion is not real as it doesnt seem much bigger than my 4k sq ft house. And, I really do think MS quality may be better. Access road is much better than this Reflexions.

Lifestyle? Wait till you move in and realize all your neighbours are flippers and the pools are full of mosquitoes!

With that huge pane of glass, you will not be able to add grills, so you really have to depend on your guards to keep you safe.

Maybe someone can ask the SA for details of how they come up with 4250 sq ft. I can guarantee, no one knows!

Let say lot size is 24 x 85...
Ground floor 20 ft from gate - front recess. back 5 ft, remainder 60 ft

If build to the max 24 x 60 = 1440 sq ft
3 floors, say 1440 x 3 = 4320 sq ft

This is maximum available space for building and I dont think they max it.

Even if they did, the middle floor is not full...say 1000 sq ft build up??

so, 1440 x 2 = 2880 + 1000 = 3880 sq ft. ??

Nusaputra seems to be full of mass housing except D Island and Reflexions at the moment.

I prefer to stay at mass housing. Can't afford the luxury of paying Rm1mil plus for townhouse and the maintenance fees.

Personally, would prefer a clubhouse with full facilities than a small pool in the house because....

If you are at the clubhouse, you can socialize with other residents and feel you are "Out of the house".
You don't have to maintain the pool. The cleaners would mop up your spills and footprints.
You can enjoy other facilities like sauna, spa and gym.
The clubhouse view would be different from what you see at home, so you feel refreshed.

Having a pool at your doorstep.....is good for lansi showoff, but you may not use the pool often enough to justify the maintenance.

It is too small to really swim in unless you convert it to a smart pool.

If you are entertaining, carrying food up 3 storeys, then down again for washing is not convenient or practical. You would end up bbqing right on the car porch and then up to 3rd floor for a game of pool or drinks on the deck.

Of course, I have not lived in a house/condo with pool before....so I wont really know how luxurious it is.

After coming out from Reflexions, you would drive pass Nusaputra. Just look at the 2 showhouses next to the club/office. Both are boarded up and look slanted. They have sunk in.

For buyers of Reflexion, you better pray there is no settling issue or that rooftop swimming pool may give you more headaches than pleasure.

Firstly, I wont bring a girl home for ons. 2ndly, what if she doesnt want to leave or worse, drown in the pool after a few drinks?

She cant swim naked in that pool as all your neighbours could see!

The drowning part was meant to be a joke, but the risk of leakage is always there, especially when the pool is" suspended".

Well, for those who bought this house thinking that they will be considered "highend" or elite....all the best.

The ppl who bought it for the pool do not plan to swim in it. Just for show only unless you install a smart pool.
