To those who are interested, Samsung is sponsoring The Star's ePaper for free from this month until Oct for us Tab users.

I'm still trying to figure out where to register for it though.

I am also having problem with SanDisk microsd class 10. Right now it is showing 0 bytes with RAW format instead of Fat32. Where did you get your SanDisk? sad.gif

Those using class 10 cards, default is exFAT format. You should format it first in the Tab to Fat32 before use

I reformat it to exFAT and now it is back to normal. Thanks Benny.

Not sure why window can't reformat it to FAT32 format. rclxub.gif

I am using the 64 GB Sandisk class 6 in my Tab 7.7 . You need to format it to Fat32 inside the Tab as it comes default with exFat format

Does it mean that we have to connect to Tab to transfer the file instead of taking out the micro sd and copy?

Hi Benny, root and flash the permission script is for the file transfer between tab and ext sdcard. Sorry my question wasn't clear enough. tongue.gif

What I meant was the file transfer/copy from pc to ext sdcard. The tab is not with me now so I can't try it out. Just want to find a quick answer. Since window couldn't recognize my sandisk class 10 through card adapter after format to FAT32, that means the only way to copy file is using the cable and connect the tab to pc to transfer/copy the files, am I right?

Don't understand why pc cannot recognize your fat32 card. Infact don't understand your question
By default no issue copying through cable

Dang my books and zinio magazines have eaten up a chunk of my internal memory. Can i move my Kindle and Zinio folders to the SD card? Looks like the kindle can't find the books in the SD card right?

Thanks.

thanks, this ease my concern.

btw do you guys calibrate the tab with manual method or thru the battery calibration apps? it seems to drain heavily after rooted and install with a few apps.
