Guys, need your help to estimate the cost for my planned renovation.
For your info, its a DS corner lot unit. What i want to do are: 1) Extend the side of the house around 5-6 feet (for hang out area) 2) Modified the fence (by removing pre-installed steel & replace with full bricks) Please refer the attachment for easy view/understanding. Thanks!
