3) Beside tilling 10' x 72'
Ans: Tiling cost RM2880 (tile owner supply as you said)

4) Awning (Bali style) Balau and meranti wood 4' x 45'
Ans:estimated range RM5K-7K

5) Toilet tilling 6' x 8'
Ans: RM192 (tile owner supply as you said)

Estimated cost (ES) = RM24323 ~ ~ (RM24K)

you was quote RM50K...too expensive.

Really too expensive lol, kena cut neck already lah.
Any recover plan for it, because the project is on going now.........

you are right, that why if i want to reno again..i would just find worker...save a lot...

just to correct you..for indon worker there are 2 type of methods:

1. pay by day
2. lump sump job quote by indon worker (owner no worry about pay by day if the worker delay a bit) the indon tanggung....

the one you mention is item 2 that is lump sump job. The lump sum job , the worker must also calculate you the amount of days to complete and give you the lump sump. They must calculate betul2, else the indon worker also rugi since they have to pay their friend in day to day pay. As i mention above, with this the house onwer need not to worry if the work delay a bit. The disadvantages of this method, if you want to ubah here and there you must tambah duit lah since they already calculated the initial job and want to ubah must tambah lahh..

For item 1, only for house owner that is pro only like me..   ....the advantages of this method..i m the boss..i can ubah here and there without problem since i pay them per day....the disadvantages is if they buat slow2..the onwer rugi lah...that why i said this method for owner that is pro only....

one more thing about lump sum there are 2 types:

1. Lump sump on labor
2. Lump sump labor + material.
here i would like to share story..why these indon worker/contractor is cheap?...mostly their principles is ..untung2 sikit sudah2lah....asal ade keje sudahlah..asalkan his friend can also work....but you must find good indon worker....there are also indon worker that claim they can do everthing but workmanship not so good...

not like malaysian contractor..they do not do the work (their worker also indon worker) but they want slaughther you like hell as long they get the money....

yes..the Y10,Y12,Y16 steel is for pilling,pillar,beam etc.These also called rebar bar. There are 2 types as i mention earlier in my post..BS and CQ...do not use CQ...request for BS standard..

for house just use Y12...Y10 is smaller..Y16 is too big for house, normally for high rise building..the Y16 need machine to bend it.

just bought it last month RM28 (if not mistaken) CQ  ..i m using it for pavement at roadside just use CQ..

for inside house min is A6 (the bigger the better) but if for car runaway or pavement min in A7.

the RM8K is included tile but tile murah2 aje and include roof...

TIP:

for GI truss PLEASE ensure min screw is at least 3 screw per join/connection , this is to ensure the strength. Refer to my previous photo attached.

the A7 basically means (7 mm) but the CQ one is smaller in size than the BS...if you want strength do not use CQ..i repeat do not use CQ..for me already pro no problem i can know which area to use CQ....read my previous previous thread about CQ and BS...

the RM28 is per piece.

d GI truss looks familiar.... c channel from tong yong metal?

ic...how thick issit? afaik tong yong metal GI max at .75mm.although its been design to b safe,but jkr required min 1mm.. makin tong yong been blackisted any jkr project..lol.
