Thanks a lot for your reply. means i can go to buy the ticket in their office on the same day use it? many thanks smile.gif

单程山顶缆车+山顶摩天台is it means the peak tram + sky terrace 428 right? a bit confusing they actually have sky terrace 100 too.. mmm
*
Sorry, i cant read chinese however,

Sky terrace 428 is the highest place where you can see the whole peak + hongkong 360 degrees.

You can use same day no problem also can use for other days, its valid for a month from the purchase. Madame tussaud needs to be redeem for the official ticket at the counter.

As for disneyland and tram tickets, straight can use already without redeem the official tickets.

Always buy 2 ways tram tickets unless you dont plan to use the tram down. The queue for tram down the hill usually is packed with more ppl compared going up.

Actually before i go, 9 out of 10 ppl will recommend me ocean park rather than disney. As i have not been to any disney b4 so i choose disney instead.

my disney experience,

Its very small and all rides are cramped near to each other that's one of the reason why the waiting time for rides can very long.

Rides are more towards kids.. except 2 rides in toy story land and 1 ride in the newly open park.
Some of them like the pooh story, the small small world ride... its all for kids. I nearly felt asleep.

Shows are just so so.. nth special...

As compared to Ocean park,

they have rides, animal shows, underwater world, cable car rides.

Well, true also..

For me Disneyland is something different but 60% of the things u wont be able to play/enjoy.

Especially photo session with the characters. Mickeys line is all the way until I can't see where is the real line.

The rides are always full of ppl.. Need spent atleast 30mins waiting just to enjoy 5 mins ride...

Self preference.. Just one time experience for me.

For me, the main attraction of ocean parks is the pandas, the rest are pretty much the same elsewhere. My visit was 2 years back though so maybe the new additions provide something more interesting.

My 4 days 3 nights Hong kong Itinerary and Report

Day 1 Tuesday
1:00pm: Take cab to hotel, Madera Hotel
(Hotel Location is good, just 3mins walk to Jordan MTR. My rate was RM420 per night, got a free upgrade to deluxe room. Room size is small but still plenty of room to move around, came with jacuzzi bath. Free mini bar for 1 time, hotel amenities like bathing are branded from Crabtree & Evelyn)
2:00pm: Kam Wah Cafe for polo bun
(The polo bun here is really good, i like the butter polo bun, super crispy and smell damn good)
2:00pm: Buy SIM card
(Telco: CSL, HKD100, the HKD88 dont come with micro sim card and activated HKD78 for 7days free data usage.)
2:15pm: Fa Yuen Street
(Sneaker Street, the shoes here looks fake to me, so didnt buy anything but indeed real cheap some sneakers like adidas is only HKD300 only),
2:45pm: Walk all the way to dundas street for Fei Jie Snack (Fei jie snack is just so so, but its worth a try.)
3:15pm: Go Ding ding to buy disney tickets + peak combo (The office located on the 14th Floor of Sun Hing Building, Mongkok)
4.00pm: Australian Dairy Co for tea
(Damn, this place is good especially the scramble egg, its just so different. Sit down and order the food came right away, so fast and efficient, one set came with toasted beard, scramble eggs, 2 hams + macaroni soup with char siew + milk tea = HKD30)
5:30pm: Harbour City, Doreamon Exhibition + shopping
(Went for the Doreamon 100 years exhibition here, bump into Sam Lee, took a pic with him lol, Harbour city really is huge, all the branded stuff is here but no sales sad.gif )
7:00pm: 1881 Heritage
7:30pm: Avenue of Stars
(I find its just a simple walk with some stuff to take picture, but the view from here is really good. The buildings built so close to each other, its really an art to me)
8:00pm: Symphony of light
9:15pm: Madame Tussaude (wax musuem)
10:00pm: The Peak / Sky Terrace 428
10:30pm: Four Season Claypot Rice @ Yau Ma Tei
(I find our claypot rice here nicer, but its also good experience, please order the beef claypot rice add 2 eggs + lots of their soya sauce... HKD30 per rice, about their famous oyster pancake, nth special too crispy for my liking)
11:30am: Go back hotel.

Day 2 Wednesday
9:00am: Lin Heung Tea house, central for dimsum
(For those cant tolerate rude ppl or self service please dont come here, u have to go get the dim sum yourself, and most of the time the cart will not be nearby your table)
10:15am: H&M Queen's Road (H&M here is really cheap, some t-shirt can be around HKD70 and pants around HKD150)
11:45am: Forever 21, Causeway Bay (So big, 3 floors but not cheap compared to our KL pricing)
1:00pm: Time Square in Causeway Bay (Nth special, really...visited Zara but no sales and normal retail price is more expensive than in KL)
2:00pm: Sing Heung Yuen for an early tea/late lunch.
(This place is worth visiting, i like their tomato soup based instant noodle with ham and luncheon meat, their signature lemon butter toast is just so so, mine is just quite hard. Should also try the lemon sour sprite, really refreshing)
4:00pm: Went back to Hotel, because feet pain.
(For those who wanna explore central, please make sure u know the way. One wrong move you might ended up below the hill and you to take very steep steps back up.)
8:30pm: Ladies Street
(Good place to see their night market, so many telcos setting up booth to sell their service lol, nth special just like our petaling street back in KL, For those who wanna visit sneaker street and dundas street, its all just nearby to ladies street)
9:30pm: Dundas Street to try all those street snacks.
(Tried their egg roll, some grilled squid and lamb skewers as well as some curry fish balls. Didnt smell or spotted smelly tofu around hmmmm)
10:00pm: Temple Street, unfortunately majority of the stalls already start closing.
10:00pm: Dinner in MCD, tried their Shogun burger aka pork burger biggrin.gif

Day 3. Thursday
9:00am: Mido Cafe
(Tried their baked tomato paste pork chop rice, its just so so.. but its quite flavorful)
10.00am: City Gate Outlet
(This place is full of mainlanders, if cant tolerate mainlanders, please dont go, i went smoking outside twice and each time i spotted something awful. One is this mainlander took her kid to the drain to shit, second one is this lady vomiting beside the tong sampah which i was smoking next to)
1.00pm: Disneyland (Small and just so so, not damn nice but was just ok)
7.00pm: Suppose to wait for fireworks @ 7:30pm but started to rain. So we went back to hotel to bath and rest awhile.
9.30pm: Yung Kee Roast Goose (Goose was just so so, but the century egg is superb. Food here is very expensive, normal vege dish can be around HKD180)
11.00pm: Lan Kwai Fong, only manage to walk around and check out chicks. Packed with people, so we went TST for a drink instead
1.00am: Head back to Hotel

Day 4 Friday
10:00am: Mak's Noodle @ Jordan. unfortunately we wanna try Mak Man Kee but only start operate around 12pm.
(Broth is good, dumpling and wanton is nice but i like our version of thick noodle compared to HK's)
1:00pm: Check out from hotel
1:30pm: Head to Tung Chung Citygate for last minute shopping (The stuff here some is cheap but some design is super old, got alot of tshirts for casual wear)
6:30pm: Head to Airport
7:30pm: get a quick dinner
8:20pm: Head home

Overall HK is nice place, If i transfer here would be nice. I like their transportation system, never ever need to drive or take a cab as their the town planning is superb. Even mid nite. ppl are still walking around but compared KL/PJ around 9pm i already scared to walk around. Food wise, i still prefer KL! I miss places to yumcha during night time! hahahahaa

i know.. i freaking regret not to take THW but choose Lin Heung! So packed and frustrated eventually i accidentally dropped my DSLR bag as moving around taking dimsum, then next day realised that my len's filter glass broke.. Luckily lens is ok!

Yea.. the polo bun is really good and just nice fresh from oven summore.. streaming hot and crunchy!

Even talk to Sam Lee awhile, he said we were lucky coz he wont wanna take pic but just for us hhahaha... Yea i guess so, He was walking around from harbour city to 1881 Heritage like nobody recognize or give a damn.

Will go HK for second time for sure for its food, convenience and its transportation system! We lack of time to try food cos we were busy visiting those tourist places. If given a chance, I will go there alone exploring since it's quite safe but the only disadvantage is that i'm a banana...cant read chinese huhuhu

But i rather choose cooler season around mar-apr, september is too hot and humid for me...kills my mood to take more photos..lol

The weather now is actually quite cooling, the autumn breeze is blowing, so it's not as hot as you think....come during October, there's the halloween events around Disneyland, Ocean Park, and on Halloween Day, LKF will be packed with people in costumes....and surprisingly, no news of robbery and all, coz there will be police officers patrolling the area anyway....
