This is controlled by the kernel, speedmod k-21 allows for USB charging that is same speed as well charger.

Tested and confirmed earlier by me.

No. What files you got in there? I deleted VC script and my siyah setting script before flashing. Leaving only Thunderbolt scripts behind. No problem at all.

Just a note, i do not use bolt_siyah script or screenstate scaling from thunderbolt.

I think redpill also support changing charge current. Basically changing wallcharger charge current is useless. For USB just careful not to fry your usb port and the stuff that are link to it. It might not be worth it to increase the USB charge current.

Flashed turkbey v33 some time last week but haven't have free time to put in the new thunderbolt. What I have are:
01sysctl, 05module, 07fix.sh, S70darky_zipalign, tr10ramscript, tr12complete, tr2link2sd, tr3ramscript, tr7acidext4tweak & turkbeytweak

I think I just need to delete the VC startup service then I should be safe, right?
Not really satisfied with the latest siyah. Tried neak some time before but jump back to siyah. Now need to find time to flash redpill + thunderbolt!

p/s: did anyone manage to get the free 100 zen? enlighten me please....

hi im using singtel(singapore line) on the S2(bouught in malaysia). my network has 3g and i super fast with my iphone. but after using the samsung, the speed is super slow. so i already setup the APN, still seems to be slow, any other settings, i need to be aware off.

Finally upgraded to Titanium backup PRO and Battery Indicator Pro. Haha

What do you guys think about the Top battery line indicator!? Love it? hate it? Looking forward to it?

i've been using Hyperdroid + speedmod kernel (both latest version) + thunderbolt script.
quite happy with the battery as well as the performance.
my battery can tahan almost 48 hours.

What i enable/disable:

1. wifi/edge = 24/7 (will occasionally turn on hsdpa/3g when needed)
2. FB sync = on
3. whatsapp sync = on
4. viber sync = on
5. google sync = only gmail off (i dont use gmail)
6. GPS = off

What i am using

1. FB
2. Whatsapp
3. Voice calls (1-2 hours daily)
4. SMS
5. Viber (rare)
6. Mobile browsing (reading news, etc)
7. Radio Streaming
8. Games (20-30 mins)
9. youtube


i really like this combination and it suited me well... hope i help other new S2 users choosing their own combinations

My G version with stock rom can easily tahan almost 2 days

How to enable only edge? and to enable back hsdpa/3g when needed?

not sure how u did it... but my fren G version can tahan only 24 hours. i guess the way we uses it is different.

with my current usage as i mentioned above, it was barely reach 24 hours before i use custom rom/kernel.
