QUOTE(singchaii @ Feb 12 2012, 11:24 PM) Guy, i need ask some question. Forgive me if my question too sensitive. Do not set to autoupdate. How to set the apps update only using wifi? Won't use my data plan to update the apps/games? I just shift to use android from ios. Mind to guide me? And for updating apps, you can choose manually to update individual or all apps whenever you want. I've never had my apps automatically updated, unless it is google apps which gets pushed to me. |

9100T has different bands than 9100.
No problem flashing the ROM and kernel only. But modem you need to flash back the 9100T modems. This post has been edited by MYstombox: Feb 13 2012, 08:25 AM |

Why so worried about stock ICS? CM9 will be available in the future if you so wish to go vanilla.
TBH I am not a fan of vanilla's dialer and contact list. I find TW one's better. TW used to be slow on the sgs, but on the s2 seriously performance wise there is no issue. If the launcher is the problem, just change it. I don't use tw launcher, but the framework built in is pretty sweet. |

I tried using the lumnia 710 yesterday at a nokia outlet, damn frustrating experience.
Even WinMo 6.5 is easier to use than 7, easier meaning easier to find stuff. WinMo7 is fast and smooth, but the frustration of digging around and having the 'back' button not seem to back out to home just !#$!. This post has been edited by MYstombox: Feb 13 2012, 10:39 AM |

There are fake S2s on the market. but from pictures the quality is atrocious and the pricing is very low as well. So if someone buys that thinking its an S2 its just.. lol

I wouldn't bother doing the firmware update via kies, it is just so damn slow downloading the update.
Easier to use ODIN |

9100G or 9100?
May need to flash firmware. But factory reset first before trying anything. This post has been edited by MYstombox: Feb 13 2012, 11:48 AM |

QUOTE(ngkhanmein @ Feb 13 2012, 11:50 AM) long story.. kl manager purposely dropped down to my town & changed 3 new set (out/in-door & remote control) this one is corruption leh.jb branch did something that disgrace mitsubishi electric reputation image.. my town biggest distributor already closed due to many reason & his personal issue.. Just test before you buy la. Go learn the secret codes and test. Added on February 13, 2012, 12:03 pm QUOTE(soulseeker6187 @ Feb 13 2012, 12:00 PM) maybe someone at JB branch songlap ori unit and tukar it with fake unit. YES! It is supposed to be Grey import set.its the matter of dishonest bussiness practice rather the quality of products. I bought many AP sets before and none of them are FAKE. Also the term AP usually missused, it supposed to be GREY IMPORT SET, not AP SET. AP is a totally irrelevant term that somehow found its way into the mobile phone trading scene. Universally in any other country there is no such term as AP, parallel import sets are called grey imports, or parallel imports.
warranty is understood in those terms as only valid at the place of purchase. AP? What is AP? Ang pai? Ang pao? |

And does approve permit relate to mobile phones?
No right? Only to cars. Get your facts right. approved permit is not equal to sirim certs, and not equal to official imports or parallel/grey imports. This post has been edited by MYstombox: Feb 13 2012, 12:08 PM |

After force closing, the camera app should start as per normal.
No idea why it FC in the first place though. Maybe take hanky panky pics it bth fc. ROFL Jokes aside, test it longer and see if this issue crops up. If it happens once, you can write it off as software conflict. But if happens many times, you can slowly find out why it happens by checking out what apps are running when the FC happens. |

Cracked means apps that are supposed to be paid that offer license key, but gotten illegally.
All apps downloaded from android market and other legal channels are OKAY. |

"Buy pirated apps?"
Why buy pirated apps when you're going to be paying? Just use the money and get the actual paid app. |
