Hey guys,

Do you have a way of locking a phone if you a currently using JKAY with AOSP DELUXE settings.

Scenario: I have 6 panels to access the phone (EG: Messaging, WhatsApp, Calander, PHone, Camera, FlashLights & Unlock).

If i were to use default lock settings (EG:pattern or password) then the JKAY AOSP Deluxe will be useless.

Do guys have a way for that?  hmm.gif To make the AOSP settings visible after we unlock the phone.

Thank you in advance.  nod.gif

OK. tongue.gif Found the solution already, tongue.gif . Were just to check the option "show when secure". Were inside the Q&A. Silly me.

Hey I was wondering whether the casing for the s2 should be hard as metal or must it be soft as rubber bumper to ensure that the phone will not crack when it falls??

Hi... i received a notification fr Kies to upgrade my S2 to PDA:KL3/PHONE:KL3/CSC:KL3.

Anyone using that firmware already? Any remarks? I'm trying to find some change logs but fail to find anything. Sorry ah.... newbie to Android world.

I have the same issue you are facing now. I need the Pattern Unlock to prevent stranger from accessing my phone but by using pattern unlock, I cannot use all the jKay unlock features...sigh

Hey, now you can. rclxms.gif It were inside JKAY settings. You need to check the option "Show when secure" then you setup your defaul security settings and it will work. biggrin.gif

It was in his Q&A tongue.gif

I assume yours is a G version? I heard some users stated there's a throttle on CPU speed while some claimed camera problem is fixed but you can't root your phone when you on the latest version. If you're just a normal user, you can update as usual but for me, there isn't much changes so better stay put and wait for ICS smile.gif

I think rubber case, as rubber case can absorb the pressure of the fall.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking as soft rubber will increase the time delay between the impact of the S2 and the ground, and since the force exerted by the ground on the s2 is inversely proportional to the time between impact, the force will be decrease since the time taken will be increased when using the rubber bumper..

Physics aside, but it still dawned on me why do people still sell aluminium casings with screws included if it is that ineffective to prevent cracks when the phone falls on the ground, one thing though it looks more stylish and shiny..

Even though you use a soft rubber seround your phone, still it is not thick enough to protect it if it were to fall from your chest level.

So for me, i use a wrist strap. tongue.gif Secure

Galaxy note looks sweet, but I think too big for my hands. My favourite screen size is between 4-4.3, too large then not so easy for one hand operations

Btw, what free twitter app is best now? Feel like creating a twitter but not sure which client should I use hmm.gif
