No point changing cos
1. SGS II performance is better
2. ICS available for sgs II by 1 mar
3. Gnex resolution n display not that much better.
4. Gnex lack ext usb card storage

Why so worried about stock ICS? CM9 will be available in the future if you so wish to go vanilla.

TBH I am not a fan of vanilla's dialer and contact list.
I find TW one's better.

TW used to be slow on the sgs, but on the s2 seriously performance wise there is no issue. If the launcher is the problem, just change it. I don't use tw launcher, but the framework built in is pretty sweet.

+1. One of the main reason I did not go back to CM7 when i got my SGS2. Plus the samsung camera app is also way better than stock camera.

Well since its coming from the mouth of the gadget man, then it must be to some accuracy.

I prefer nova as apex is just slightly more laggy when in widget screen. Other than that, they're very similar

I think its due to WP7 limits. WP7 only support single cores for now, but WP7 is really optimised, so everything's quite smooth. The pinch to zoom fluidity is unbelievably smooth on it, same as iphone smoothness in my opinion

I tried using the lumnia 710 yesterday at a nokia outlet, damn frustrating experience.

Even WinMo 6.5 is easier to use than 7, easier meaning easier to find stuff.

WinMo7 is fast and smooth, but the frustration of digging around and having the 'back' button not seem to back out to home just !#$!.
