heard this project 1000sqft all sapu liao during soft launch...2012 still a bbb year...

Since when this project soft launched? How come the whole thing is very quiet one? How come they do not do like Sanderson, have a sale office and show unit on site?

Anyone of you guys managed to get any info of the developer BJ Homes? I cant get their website on line, not even info in google. Any idea??
