Received a sms about the early bird offer. Low downpayment 1% with DIBS, FOC legal fees, carpark, aircon and etc

If 1% downpayment with DIBS. The price should be ok. Means after 9% discount, it is from 455 psf.

For 1000 sq ft unit, it is from 455,000. Very good price.

Suggest it is very attractive giving the price tag and easy entry of discount plus DIBS.

But if it is locate at Bukit Jalil address and not Bukit Serdang like what the members said above.

Care to enlighten us how you get 455 psf ?

All the figures I got are pointing to at least 5xx psf after discount, ie studio 543.20psf and type A(1000 sqft) 500.50psf.

Got DIBS? Agent told me no DIBS, and the min price for studio of 650sqf is RM404,000 (before discount).

This is the price being told:

Studio – RM 409,400, after discount will be RM 372,554. Just 1% downpayment – RM4,094. (Partial furnished with 1 car park)

3 Bedrooms – RM 577,500, after discount will be RM 525,525. Just 1% downpayment – RM5,775. (Partial furnished with 2 car parks)
