I can organise social badminton for you guys and gals if you want.
But need to be consistent in turning up lah. Else I rugi. eg. I can set up a court at Yishun Town Sec Sch. Best rubber court hall in town. Can shower, water cooler and spacious there. Only 5 mins walk from Yishun MRT or Northpoint (can makan there). You can vote for the timing. Not easy to get the court ya. This is a hot/popular court. either saturday 4-6pm, 6-8pm. sunday 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm Minimum players needed is 8 players. court is 14.80 for 2 hours. Shuttle 1 tube is about $25. So total rounding up is $40. $5 per head. In order to keep consistency or not rugi or kena FFK, 1 head pays up $20 for 4 weeks ahead. Can take up to 10 players. Then I can add more courts or more hours if got more people. Boleh? If yes, let me know. This post has been edited by extremepower: Apr 23 2012, 10:42 AM |

Anyway, I have a friend looking for somebody to take over his Starhub internet contract. The contract will end by May 2013.
But he is moving out and renting a room now, with internet provided. If he terminate his contract he will have to pay $200 cancellation fee. Anyone keen to takeover? This would be beneficial for those who only want to siugn up for 1 yr, instead of lock down for 2 years. His package is (if im not mistaken) $39 per month. PM me if you interested. Don't reply via thread as I may not be reading all. |

QUOTE(megadisc @ Apr 23 2012, 05:41 PM) how many months did he get? was it a good deal ? his entire team got a standard 1 month salary for every year of service. problem was that he only worked there for less than a year. so he only got 1 month the most f*cked up part about the whole thing was the way he found out about the retrenchment - he turned up for work one day and his access card couldn't access the doors |

RIM susah lah. My friend is the big distributor of RIM in KL. RIM will suffer from their lousy business model. |

just my suggestion, for those organizing the badminton session, all those who sign up must pay weekly, even if cant come. if come regularly and cant make it once or twice, can be exempted from paying based on case by case basis.
my colleague previously organized one and making it compulsory for all to pay will be fair to all. the person organizing will be collecting the money and extras will be put towards fund for extra cocks. currently i'm playing with uncles/aunties at Tampines. all those are pro dammit. make me feel like oldfag compared to them |
