Does anybody has try to apply for the new batch of Mybrain15 2016???it said the registration is opened, once i registered as user, now cannot login to apply..... the word RALAT each time i login.....does anybody else experience the same or just me

It will only open for registration on the 1st week of March.

guys, wanna ask, can a classmate go to Putrajaya KPM (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia) and submit his list of documents + my set?

Or do both of us have to be there? Can we submit on behalf of another person? Anyone tried to submit on behalf to KPM? Will KPM be ok with it? We prefer submit face to face than poslaju to them...

this is for 2nd submission.. the online application is successful already.

2nd submission is where u have to print out a ton of forms, need to sahkan by commisioner of oaths, with a picture, original online forms etc.. then either go to KPT in Putrajaya to hand over, or Poslaju to them.

just called them. they ask to wait 2-3 weeks then call back again if poslaju arrived. sad guys if i know this would have walked in and submit the 2nd batch forms T__T

Anyone here can assist how to obtain the certification as below:

"Certificate of Accreditation of Prior Experiantial Learning (APEL) for admission to the Master's degree program (step 7, the Malaysian Qualifications Framework) from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)."

As far as I know, yes. I am one of the applicant that are rejected because I am not a master holder.

can anybody share the experience of getting borang pengesahan 'signatures' from UPM campus?

I just received the offer letter, and now need to hunt for these signatures.

1. Graduate school
2. HR (to prove that I'm not full time staff)
3. Bendahari

I already got signature from my Penyelia (supervisor).

Please help. I plan to go down to UPM Serdang for 1 day. Do you think I can settle everything in one day?

Your first task is to get the Penolong Pendaftar's signature at the School of Graduate Studies (SGS). If the Penolong Pendaftar is available, he or she can process your form in approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

this is not required.

for me i just submit my scanned degree transcript (for 1st online submission and 2nd physical copy).

haiz...it seems that you're true. I called SGS and they said they will need time to process (more than 1 working day).

But I'm racing against the time. 30 April is the deadline. And, I'm still employed until Early May.

I will need to make two trips down? =(

If that's the case, most likely you have to make at least two trips down. You may submit the completed form together with other MyBRAIN documents to Biasiswa division at the Ministry of Education, Putrajaya, by 30 April.

It's a standard protocol for SGS to inform you that they need some time to process, as they cannot assign someone's responsibility specifically to commit to process your form within a short window of time. Nevertheless, if you meet up with Puan Rahmawati Umar personally, and she is not occupied, then she can sign your form straightaway.

If she is occupied, tell her don't rush, let her finish the job and come back to you. If you wait for her patiently (probably 30 min to an hour), then she will settle your case. Just make sure that you bring along with the offer letter so that she doesn't need to look for your documents in order to verify your status. icon_rolleyes.gif

If you rush her, then you know the consequences. She'll probably tell you to leave your form in the office and to follow up in the next few days. rolleyes.gif

is it possible to ask a proxy to act on my behalf when requesting signature from upm serdang?

I don't feel well to travel today just now. =(
