I just received the offer for MyBrain MyPhD.

For the Borang Perjanjian, whom did you ask to be your guarantor (penjamin) and the witnesses (Saksi)?

Can our parents become our guarantor?

Sorry for asking again. I have three questions.

1. May I know exactly what is this document?

Borang Permohonan Online MyMaster/MyPhD yang telah diitandatangani

Below is the attachment of the checklist of documents to be submitted to MyBrain Unit KPT.
2. And do we have to print out the documents in colour or black and white will do?
3. Now the MyBrain website has issued a new version of the Borang Pengesahan Maklumat. So now, should I print out the new version, fill it in, get the necessary signatures again, and submit the new version or should I submit the old version which I had uploaded online earlier? Anyone experience this before?

(3) There are additional requirements in the new version of Borang Pengesahan Maklumat. Examples of the additional requirements are:- You have to get an HR officer in the IPT to acknowledge that you are not a full time staff in the IPT; you have to get your referee to put his/her signature down; and one has to submit the EPF statement together. There were no such requirements in the old version. Also, they shortened the requirement that the referee should know you at least for five years, down to three years.

I wouldn't have problem getting the signatures of the relevant IPT officers again as they are physically there in the University but to get the signature of my referee would be quite a trouble. And if I'm required to fill in the new version, I would have to change my referee.

I hope I am not required to fill up the new version.

I called up MyBrain a couple of times today but no one picked up.

Anyone know that for myphd, is there any bond need to be tie?

I have almost completed my MSc..can i apply for the scholarship now?

So no chance of reclaiming lost money?

hi, some questions here, for MyMaster, do they bank in to Uni or to our account? another question, can applicant with CGPA 2.4x in bachelor apply?

Hi guys, my master registration is on 17th of this month. Just wanna ask if I pay the fees by my own first. Then later when my Mybrain15 scholarship application is successful, can I claim back the fees by sending them a copy of the receipt?

For Section B6, can I get any of my friend to certify?

I have a steady job, but I just worked here for 1 year. So can I just get ex-colleague or friend who known me for more than 3 years?

Anyway, who knows there might be a new name in the future when the program continues, perhaps MyBrain2020? 

How much is the scholarship given for MyBrain15?

just read the clause that the mymaster 10k only can be claimed for current semester and incoming semester. What if those semester that i have paid previously? If they keep delay my application till end of my last semester, then what is the point of applying?

Nota:
a. Yuran pengajian tidak melebihi RM10,000 untuk keseluruhan tempoh pembiayaan yang diluluskan. Yuran pengajian yang dibiayai tidak termasuk deposit, wang hemat diri dan yuran penginapan.

b. Tempoh pembiayaan dikira bermula pada semester semasa bagi pelajar yang sedang mengikuti pengajian atau mengikut surat tawaran IPT bagi yang belum memulakan pengajian.

By the way, does anyone know where can find a saksi? Can pengesahan, saksi and setem, all be done in bahagian biasiwa there?
