Oh well, I am not sure whether have you submitted your forms or not. Basically, in UPM to get the signatures is pretty tedious, you have to go 2 different places to get them. It was even worse during my time, I had to go 3 different places just to get them, SGS 1, SGS 2, Faculty Bendahari. SGS2 used to be next to CIMB bank. At least, you dont have to pay a single cent for your postgrad, worth the hassle

I'm graduating next year March from MMU Cyberjaya with current CGPA 3.97.
btw I'm a JPA scholar, am I eligible for this programme since I have to serve the 4-year bond

they will check your previous PTPTN and other gov loans.

As long you're consistently paying can apply for it.

just got news from my postgraduate office that Mybrains, starting this term is gonna be for Full Time MBA/PHD students only which is a total letdown. Those working and wanting to pursure MBA part time can no longer qualify

few of my classmates very disappointed with this decision. I bet many will complain to the government for this sudden change

what a disappointing news. how many ppl can afford to do full time study without working?
if they do, they won't bother to apply mybrain scholarship la...

It's best that you confirm the news with MyBrain office itself.

Since no more extension for myphd starting from 2016, I wonder anything should I do if I did not manage to finish my study on time? Do I need to send any letter to mybrain stating that I'm extending my study along with the usual laporan kemajuan each semester?

Hi, I would like to ask, how do you guys submit your progress report? Do we need to submit the hard copy to MoHE office? Or can I submit via email?

Because I am taking dual PhD program offered by UPM and University of Alberta, so I am unable to submit the hard copy if I were to stay in Canada for the next three semester.

Email will do.

At least you can show them the record that you actually sent it if there is a dispute.

Hi all, does anyone know how to check the status of myMaster? Last time can check it but now no more... I applied for it long long time ago but till now no any reply or response, really hate tis kind of government working culture, keeping ppl wait but didn't give any response!

If you applied long time ago which I think is this May 2016, there is no news about this. The status is not yet released, if released then they usually inform you by email.

MyBrain15 was not like that last few years ago where you will know your application status in around 3 months time. Only it happened recently due to Ministry of Finance. Many of my colleagues that have already a Mymaster or MyPhD current owing respective Universities up to 1 year of fees. Checks performed showed that MyBrain already submitted the documents and all that and the money currently stucked in the Ministry of Finance.

If Ministry of Finance having problem paying these small amounts, what does it actually tell us ?

they don't even have enough budget for existing education department. So don't think they have budget for Mybrain anymore. If you working adult then probably u can get sponsorship from your company. A lot of companies offered but of cos with condition la.
