Your first task is to get the Penolong Pendaftar's signature at the School of Graduate Studies (SGS). If the Penolong Pendaftar is available, he or she can process your form in approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

With that signature, take the form to Pejabat Pendaftar (Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia) at the Main Admin Building, and tell the officer in charge that you want to get the remaining two signatures for MyBRAIN application. The officer will check your form, and if you don't the first signature, then your form will be rejected. You don't need to take the form to Pejabat Bursar, unless instructed.

The standard procedure is to leave the form in the office for processing, and you need to follow up in the next few day. They usually process your form within 3 to 5 working days.

Since you stay in Perak, you may request the officer to expedite the process. If the Penolong Pendaftar and Penolong Bendahari Kanan are available and not occupied, they are usually willing to help when you approach them with pathos (emotional appeal).
