Dude there's no Semi-D in Taman Paya Rumput Perdana...there's only bunglows there...its 5min drive from Tesco Cheng...15min fron Simpang Empat toll...30min drive from Bandar Hilir...25min from Ayer Keroh...hope this help...btw u guys Family Store will be opening there later on...they already bough 5 shop lot there

I think budget is not a main issue.. of course, higher budget would be better... but, it's the availability that cause the big issue... I think non bumi had gave up long time ago on getting freehold near town area... even u can get it, the pricing is definitely on the high side... hmm.gif hmm.gif so, why not go far away and spend the extra bucks on rennovation? hmm.gif

bro. I think FS had decided to abandon the whole things as my agents are seriously looking for buyers for the said row of shoplots... we had been wishing for FS since day one.. too bad yawn.gif yawn.gif

Most probably I'll be working in the town area, that's why wanna find a house in the town... convenience is the main issue for me...
if going away from town, i believe i can get a freehold landed property with this budget, should not be a big problem.

I am sending my daughter to convent daily... so, it's kinda far to me too.. 18km x 4 times= roughly 80km per day... but, I found that I gain more with better air, better environment and of course a freehold stuff... having said that, it really depends on your situation.. if location is a real issue, I suggest not to stick too much to freehold or leasehold issue... just go for it... anyway, just my 2 cents... hmm.gif hmm.gif

in fact, as cheng side really lacks of good quality foods, my family used to either eat at town / merdeka permai / malim jaya side.. so, travelling obviously is our routine each day... Honest, before I came down, i used to stay in kl for the past 20 years... for us, melaka is consider no jam at all... those days, we used to travel between kl and klang or even seckincan for a meal... so, to travel between TPRP to town or other mentioned areas as above really no trouble to us at all...

just my 2 cents...

pity the kedai kedai runcit. 99 speedmart is selling things cheaper, do people still go to them? Had FS come in, 99 speedmart pun maybe had to tutup kedai.

there are still many empty shoplots eh?

Hello all.

I'm looking for land - around 6 - 8000 square feet, a little more or less is fine.... to build a single storey house on. Needs to be within reasonable driving distance to MMU Melaka...15 - 20 minutes. So far I've only been checking around Bukit Katil, Ayer Keroh etc.....any suggestions? Any users / agents here know good land lots for sale that fit the requirements? Non-bumi.

nuri phase 3 telling for launching years ago . i give up many project waiting for them . from year end of 2013 telling launching until now nothing at all .
