Sadly RM380k is the price for single storey phase 1 subsales...for phase 2 its around RM400-450k subsales...the only unit available now is 2 storey Larimar - RM480k

380k consider very cheap... for phase one, one of my neighbor bought it at rm450 recently... according to him, bank valuation stands at 420k right now... it's a non bumi lot though...

for subsales...yes..that's kinda the market price...but later when other GJH project start developing there...who know what might the price be...as rumor has it GJH already buy the land from Paya Rumput to Lendu...that's y they choose 2 build their HQ Office there

hopefully it's something concrete... after all, we really seen the development slowly built up these days... the traffic light in the main entrance is a good evidence... nowadays, so jam especially in the morning... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Having stayed in KL, i would fancy the idea of moving to Melaka at some point, maybe in 5 years time laugh.gif . My concerns are more whether i can get a job pertaining to my exp, also, how's the traffic conditions there lately on normal working days? TQ

bro, I am the one shifted down from KL 2 years back... job wise, I think u shld be able to get a job... but, with lower expectations on salary... as for traffic... local malaccan complained a lot.. but, to me, after 2 years here, it is still so much better than kl except weekends and public holidays... so, during weekend or public holidays, I usually cabut to KL... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

I am from paya rumput perdana... sending my daughter each day to convent at town... 18km only... 30km can go further down... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
give and take lor... bungalow with 450k, own land with better air and less traffic... in fact, stayed here 2 years, most of our activities are at merdeka permai and malim , which is about 10km from my exact location... so, for me, still ok... somemore, we got tesco here (about 2km) ... so, to get anything is still consider convinient...
Besides, since I stayed in Kl for the last 20 years... to travel 18km daily (4 times - morning up down, afternoon up down) is still ok on my side... those days, my whole family used to travel about 30km to klang just for a meal frequently too... in short, traffic and distance for me is so much better compares to kl... and since we stayed hectic for the past 20 years, I prefer outskirt...
